Motivational Speaker

The two predominant motivations that we have are the desire for gain and the release from pain.

To motivate someone you must touch one or the other of those two – or both.

A motivational speaker must understand the pain of listeners and offer ways to relieve that pain.

A motivational speaker must understand the desire of the listeners and offer ways to achieve that gain.

To be motivational you must offer relief from pain or help with the gain.
